STATEMENT OF FAITH

We Believe:

• In the entire Bible as the inspired Word of God.
• In the one triune God — Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• That man is totally depraved and in need of salvation.
• That salvation is by grace through faith, and is made possible because of the virgin birth, death, burial, bodily resurrection, and ascension of Christ Jesus.
• That the Holy Spirit indwells each believer, and that the believer’s life is to be yielded to Him.
• That the believer is kept by the power of God and thus is secure in Christ now and for eternity.
• In eternal life with God for the saved and eternal punishment in hell for all who reject Jesus Christ.
• In the personal, imminent return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The purpose of Camp Bethel Ministries is to spread the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ in keeping with the Great Commission and to disciple in Christian living. The means to accomplishing this includes providing summer camps, retreats, family camping, recreational opportunities, conferences, evangelistic services, ministry teams, children’s & youth meetings, support of local church ministries, advertisement, home visitation, Bible clubs, Bible study groups, jail ministry, and Bible correspondence courses.

FAITH MINISTRY

Camp Bethel is a faith based ministry in which the total operation is supported by donations and revenue generated by summer camps, facility rentals, and various retreat groups throughout the year.

Our Year-Round Staff are partially responsible for raising their financial support through the prayerful generosity of individuals, businesses, and churches.

Marriage, Gender & Sexuality

• We believe that God intends sexual intimacy to occur only between a man and a woman who are exclusively married to each other.
• We believe that God creates each person as male or female.  Rejection of one's biological sex is a rejection of the image of God within that person.
• We believe that any form of sexual immorality is sinful and offensive to God.
• We believe that God offers redemption and restoration to all who confess and forsake their sin.​
