We are so glad you're here! Walking Wise Homeschool Co-Op of Wise County, Virginia, is a homeschool support group and co-operative organization to support Christian home educators and their families in Wise County, Virginia.
We gather once per week at Camp Bethel to cooperatively teach our kids a variety of classes. Our Co-op meets September-April on Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at Camp Bethel. This time period allows students from 1st through 12th grades to take three classes. We take every third week off including a 4 week break at Christmas.
In addition, we offer family events and "mom's night out" activities to foster community and provide encouragement and support for families currently home-educating and considering homeschooling in Wise County, Virginia.
Walking Wise is a Christian, parent-led co-op that focuses on providing academic and enrichment classes with a biblical world view. If you are interested in registering your family please click here to complete our Membership Application.
